Sit Stand Computer Desk What Are Some Good Exercises I Can Do At My Desk At Work?

What are some good exercises I can do at my desk at work? - sit stand computer desk

Whenever I sat with a computer and phone at work all day and am not really active. Are there any exercises done while sitting or standing, perhaps on my desktop?

One of the best is for the stomach. Everything you need to do is suck your stomach for 10 seconds and then release. No one can see that everything is perfect. Make several sets of 10 repetitions holding for 10 seconds and then work your way. It can not hurt at first. Exhale and suck and suck and release.
