What can I do with round steak? - elk round steak
Our family of hunting and therefore we have a freezer full of deer and elk, many of which are filets of the year. I use all of our game, as if it was beef, the difference is that the game a lot of meat reduces the representation, therefore, more clean towels. We are tired of fried chicken fillets. Ideas?

"Bacon's" meat by inserting or wrapping slices again
Slow roasted beef broth and spices (celery, onions, carrots, etc. - as stew)
Use marinades that contain acids in them (the connective tissue breaks)
Use cooking sauces, because they can contribute to the meat soft, thin
beat the meat before cooking
Do not be too long!
I cooked doing good with it. The onions and tomato sauce are excellent flavor. Or cut into small pieces, and a chili with it.
