Your heart can be lower, but your heart rate is obviously faster.

A class must reflect the mission of age. There is a difference between a child 7 to 15 years.

Again, the development should be considered, but a class would be fun aeorbic effective.

Light strethching after the end of the heating, and at the end of the training is recommended for adults and children. The key is the special attention should be on the technique and how to avoid, and can be badly hurt.

Choreography at all, must be simple, because in some phases of coordination, balance and motor function are still under development - again, there are large differences by age and previous activities.
